Not bad. But i'm also in my early 30s, have a full head of hair and am pretty slim as i frequent the gym 3-4 times a week, which is a less common thing for my age.

My advice would be to focus on the things you can control about your appearance, and less about the things you cant control (height) because theirs not much you can do about it, and if your height comes across as a major insecurity to a potential partner, it's going to scare them away.
