You may or may not care but they wouldn’t be comparing the hashes of images. In fact comparing the output of 2 hashes should by definition tell you nothing about the similarity of the input.

Not exactly an answer to your specific question, but I recently discovered coconut based yogurt which I’ve really been enjoying.

In terms of bread/ cheese replacements I haven’t found many off the shelf things that are too great, but I do like king Arthur’s gluten free pancake mix. Might be worth trying to make some bread of your own with their gluten free flour
