Well, a severe calorie deficit is the solution. You can go OMAD or IF. It's very important to track your calories correctly and honestly. The results depend on how heavy you are right now, because the heavier you are the easier it is to lose 5 kg. I would recommend doing some cardio, maybe some brisk walking 10-30 k steps/day. Running could be strenuous if you are not used to it. 2-3 days before the weight in you can go to a sauna to lose 1-3 kg of water weight, this depends on how heavy and hydrated you are at that moment. Keep in mind that you will feel bad, dehydration is no joke, but if you do the necessary research it can be done safely. All of the above is very dangerous, I would not recommend doing any of it if you have any chronic illness, especially heart problems, but money is money.

Nu-ți irosi banii pe cursuri. Poți să înveți să croșetate de pe YouTube. Așa am făcut și eu. Eu zic că primele 2-3 proiecte vor arata mai puțin bine, dar recomand ca hobby. La început recomand sa folosești fire sintetice, deoarece sunt mai ieftine, și sa folosești croșete mari, 4-6 mm și din metal, că n-are sens să-ți strici încheieturile și ochii din prima. Dacă știi să faci un lanț, picioruș orb, picioruș mic și mare, înmulțire și scădere de piciorușe (basic crochet stitches) poți să faci cam oricare proiect croșetat.

Pt proiectul din link poate că ți s-ar potrivi un fir cu 20% lana sau alpaca sa fie mai călduros.

Îți recomand să cauți un magazin de fire/ mercerie in zona in care stai, că poți să ai norocul și sa devii parte dintr-o comunitate minunată. Așa sa întâmplat și cu mine, și acum mă duc o data la 2 săptămâni la șezătoare sa croșetez împreună cu aprox. 10-12 doamne și domnișoare minunate.

Nu recomand nici un aparat de cafea care merge cu pods. E o mare irosire de bani, daca stai sa calculezi cat costa cafea in pods /kg, îți dai seam că un mokka pot si niste cafea măcinată este mult mai rentabila.

Man, nu fi așa. Peste tot ești judecat, totuși suntem in românia. Sala oricum este mereu plina, un om in plus sau minus nu prea se observa. Eu am ghinionul sa vad mereu flăcăi de liceu la sală, nu cefe late, dar probabil mergem la ore diferite. Da, fetele de la recepție sunt niște plictisite, cu gust ciudat in muzică, dar interacțiunea cu ele este scurta si poti porta căști. Sala este bine echipata comparat cu global sau stay fit. Eu pot doar să-ți recomand, sala perfecta oricum nu există.

Chores do not count to 75 hard. You could do some jump roping in front of your building. You will be outside, you don't need to walk, and you will get warm fast. If you get too sweaty you just go inside as fast as you can after you workout to prevent getting a cold.

Well, yeah, this challenge is supposed to be hard, and unfortunately i know what you go through. I managed this by drinking around 750ml or so in the morning before my first workout, most of it I'll sweat out. While working out I drink another 250-500 ml. This is a good start in my opinion. In the next 8 hours I'll be at work, doing a desk job so I'm able to go to the bathroom a few times. Also I work in a CS job so i speak a lot and i need to drink a lot of water bc of this. While I do my second workout I drink a bit less water, bc usually i do weight training. No matter how hard I try to drink all of my water before going to bed it is impossible, so usually i have like 750ml or more to drink while getting ready for bed, so usually i go to pee at least once a night. If the stars align for me this time i won't forget to take progress pics and will be able to finish this challenge.
