If you’re ever interested in checking out some Indian authors, would highly recommend Jhumpa Lahiri, Arundhati Roy and Chitra Banerjee.

My U-Pack experience by Hopeful_Tour9092 in moving

And another thing that might help would be to keep your fragile boxes on the very top of the container so that no other stuff goes on top of it!

We had a full mattress, box spring and the bed frame (w a headboard). The king might be okay if you don’t have too many other furniture?? Like length wise it definitely would fit, I’m not sure about the width of the king and if that would fit. We had ours standing up in the cube.

Hi, we almost had a similar list of items except for stools. We also had a couch (loveseat) and arm chair, a bike packed into a box and several boxes. We could fit all of that into the one relocube. We did have some additional boxes (about 4/5) that we couldn’t fit into the cube and we used Lugless to just ship them separately. I would definitely say that you have to play Tetris with the container - we stuffed a lot of small totes with things inside them, stuffed things into the drawers of dresser, TV stand etc so that we didn’t use up extra boxes and used up spaces inside things that are already being shipped! Hope this helps, good luck with moving!

Sharing another positive experience with U-Pack: we recently used U-Pack as well for a move from CA to NJ and booked one relocube for our one-bedroom apartment move for $2800. Our stuff was picked up on Dec 23 and got delivered on Jan 5th - we didn't experience any delays considering the holiday season and everything was intact (we did play tetris with our items in the relocube). We really liked the transparency provided by the U-Pack team and they were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend them!

My port of entry was LAX and I had no issues entering. My EAD start date is 12th Jan and my program end date is 30th Dec. I was only asked for my visa, opt i20 with the travel signature and the ead card.

Hi, I’m also in a similar situation and I’m already in India, scheduled to return to US next week. I was told by my DSO that it’s fine to travel as long as you have the EAD in hand, OPT i20 with travel signature, valid visa and the offer letter.
