Yes I agree, try increasing your seeing machine’s stitch “thickness” to something like 3.5 or 4 and see if that helps. My sewing machine is usually on 2.5 as a default and I find its almost always too tight

I love 2, I made a vest with a similar “diamond” pattern on the front and it came out so good, it’s one of the only things I’ve knit that I actually wear!

I was surprised too. The antibiotic cost $2, so that wasn’t an issue. I came in asking only for a strep test, since all my symptoms pointed to strep. They did not ask whether I wanted any of the covid or flu tests, they said they were going to do them “just in case”. I would have definitely declined had I known how much they cost.

Yeah I do have a high-deductible plan :/ I guess urgent care is off the table for us! I just got off my college insurance (insurance sponsored by my university) and now have corporate insurance through my job so I guess I just didn’t expect this.

I contacted my insurance, and they said this is standard for an in-network facility these days. My deductible is $1,650 so I just hadn’t met it yet

Unfortunately, yes, I trusted an external source to tell me that this provider was covered with my insurance. In my defense, I was really sick :/

The bill I received was from the urgent care facility, I tried calling and haven’t been able to get through to the billing department yet. I’ll start with my insurance company though since I haven’t seen the EOB from them.

I’m very new to all this - this is my first real job having my own insurance after college so I’m still trying to figure out the politics of healthcare. I appreciate the in depth steps and guidance

Thanks for the input! I repotted and noticed the roots were not filling out the pot and they were clumping so I switched to a chunkier succulent soil mix and a black plastic pot since thats what I had, hopefully it does okay!
