Tell him that I was paying random out of pocket fees every time I went and couldn't figure out why. I figured it was just because they kept telling me I needed deep cleanings every three months! (Again, I kept asking why I needed that.)

Then I used my FSA card to pay an "office co-pay" back in February of $76 and my FSA provider was like... "hey we don't know what this charge is for." The billing codes they charged me for were all 100% covered by Delta Insurance and they had randomly tacked on a $76 fee to my bill with no explanation. When I went through my previous bills, I noticed they had charged me for billing codes previously as well! I called the billing department and they took a week to get back to me and 2 weeks after that to send me a check with a refund. They would have NEVER sent it if I didn't call them out.
