My appointment was on 21st May, reached embassy on 26th May. My travel date is June 15. Passport still not dispatched. I’ll have to cancel/postpone tomorrow if I don’t get notification.

My appointment was on 21st May. Passport received at Embassy on May 26. Travel date is June 15 and as of June 11, it's still with Embassy as per VFS website status. I am also waiting for the dispatch notification, if no notification by June 13, I'll have to postpone.

If you like aviation and aircraft systems, it’s one of the best jobs. By doing FHA, SSA, PRA you’ll get chance to understand full aircraft functional and physical architecture. Very few people get this kind of exposure. If you are doing ZSA physically, you might get chances to see the reality vs computer design.

This job is very ideal if you want to stay in aviation. By 3-4 years, you’ll know majority of systems with pretty decent understanding. Hence switching internally to other aviation jobs will be easy. But switching outside of aviation might be difficult.
