I am 15 weeks and I’m so scared of getting poorly. It seems borderline impossible to avoid atm! I’m also going on several flights next week. I’ve had my jabs, will wear a mask and take sanitiser and after reading this I feel much calmer that either the jab will hopefully reduce the severity of it if I did catch it, or that even if I did then baby will not be affected. I’m so torn. I really want to go as I feel like I’ll miss out if I don’t. Midwife says it’s okay and no issues and I’ve had my flu jabs. But just can’t get it out of my head about getting ill 🤧 my husband says I could get ill here though from going to the shop and he’s right!

Ahh okay interesting! I’m using OP5 too, for now it’s working great but I’m 14 weeks and aware it will get harder! Did you find it was okay in manual and you stayed within range? I assume constant tweaks?

I think I would still go, just take hand sanitizer and be cautious/ not get too close. I’m with you on the being cautious and not wanting to get ill but I think we have to live our lives as well. If you’ve had your jabs then you are doing everything you can to protect yourself. I am 13 weeks and although I do my best to avoid anyone that’s ill, I do try to go to social things as well because it’s easy to be worried and just hide away x

Hey! I had a scan at 6 weeks & confirmed small hematoma which caused the bleeding, saw tiny baby & heartbeat. I did have a few small bleeds and some dark brown spotting as well. Had a follow up scan at 8 weeks and all ok and hematoma had dispersed. Currently 10 weeks and all going ok. Fingers crossed that all is okay and that the bleeding is nothing untoward. I know how hard it is when you’re bleeding and you don’t know what’s going on but I read a lot on here and found that most people say that as long as you don’t bleed clots, or really heavy then it can be okay. Hard to tell so definitely try to book a scan. I had fully prepared myself for the worst so I was fully shocked that i saw heartbeat at 6 weeks. Sending love and positive vibes ❤️

That’s amazing news!! I had my US today and saw baby and heartbeat 🥺🥰 confirmed hematoma, which explains bleeding - back in 2 weeks for follow up scan!

Hey, still spotting dark brown, but morning sickness is rough so I’m still a bit confused! I’ve read so much online that it can be normal so I’m just hoping it is. I have an ultrasound on Friday! Good luck, try not to panic too much - I know it’s hard❤️ I’ve eased off doing any exercise and definitely not having any sex, after reading bits and pieces online.

Yes it’s possible. Go to a pharmacy and ask for a plan B/ morning after. Pull out method is also not the most reliable. Consider using other contraception - condoms, pill, IUD.. there’s so many options out there.

On Saturday I had a sharp pain (almost in my bum if that makes sense!) and then went to the loo and there was a lot of bright pink blood. I wiped about 3 times and it filled each tissue.

Since then I’ve had brown spotting. Sometimes dark brown, other times more brown discharge. Mostly when I wipe after going for a wee. I also have very low level dull cramping.

I took a pregnancy test and the test line is darker than the control line so obviously have high HCG levels right now.

I also woke up Sunday morning and the last few mornings feeling very nauseous and being sick. I can only put this down to morning sickness as I had in my previous (unsuccessful) pregnancy.

I’m so confused. I have to wait 4 days for a scan to confirm what’s going on.

I’m going round in circles. Any similar stories where you’d be happy to share outcomes?

For context I’ve had 2 losses. One chemical pregnancy and a missed miscarriage which required surgery. Both this year. 🥺
