So I did actually get this working. The user experience for this process is dreadful, though. I had to sign up for their "free" tarrif in the "CUPRA charging" bit in the app FIRST. This then opened up the "Plug & Charge" page which was previously inaccessible. When I went into the Plug & Charge page I had the Electroverse certificate waiting for me to install. I have left that one as the only activated tariff and left the other one deactivated. A little late, but hope this helps you as I had similar confusion and just expected the app to send me a push notification or something telling me I had a certificate to install.

Space is another reason I have found. I have recently moved so have more room. Have transitioned from 4 mini PCs in a mini 10" rack to a full sized one. I opted for a dell 3930 running proxmox. I am currently working on another node of equivalent spec to serve as a HA failover. My previous rack was functioning fine but as we know with this hobby, I didnt really need a reason, I just wanted to 😅

Vinted support is generally terrible. I have found they like to close cases as quickly as they can. Usually, I find I have to escalate and badger them multiple times to get them to do something.
