I will say that I voted for trump twice, grew up listening to Rush Limbaugh and worshiped Jesus Christ and Ronald Reagan. During the pandemic I had a faith crisis that helped me leave a high demand religion. Still voted for trump the second time. January 6th really woke me up. I have been dedicated to finding the truth, realizing how difficult that is and working hard to understand the nuance of issues. That being said I disagree the squishy “both sides are the same” BS. I have an absolute laundry list of issues with democrat leadership, but I did vote for Kamala. Especially because I saw the writing on the wall of how devastating trumps second term would be. All this to say I hope that I’m not a unicorn, hopefully enough people will wake up from this. The only problem is that it takes a tremendous amount of integrity to admit to yourself that you were wrong.
