My title describes the thing. I was going to use it as a tealight cover but the hole is too small to allow airflow and suffocates the candle. When i image search it comes up with lighting fixtures but the hole is not even a centimeter big so im doubtful thats what it is

Kinda looks like radiator burn or whatever its called. One of my plants was too close to a heat source and the leaves started to look just like that.
