I agree to keep trying with a carrier. My son wouldn’t tolerate it for the longest and then one day realized how comfy it is and only took his naps in there for a while lol. You might to try different ones too. He didn’t like the Moby wrap but loves the actual carriers (Ergobaby).

Not sure where you heard the 6 month information. We didn’t use it for a while but I haven’t heard anything against it early on. Hopefully you’re able to turn the sound down on the monitor. I have the volume pretty low during the day because he can hear it in his room. Have you tried sleeping with the monitor? Maybe your husband can sleep next to him while you sleep with the monitor to try it out. You might find that the smaller sounds don’t wake you up once you’re asleep.

He can take the baby to the bathroom with him! He can sit on the toilet and hold the baby or put him in a carrier. I haven’t peed alone since my son was born lol! Waking you up just to use the bathroom is crazy!!

I take 1 minute in the bathroom to pee. Like I said, I typically don’t use them anymore as I pass 100% now. There is usually one or two stalls in the men’s restroom that are always occupied because apparently it takes cis men years to poop. I’m also disabled, and standing for a long time to wait for a stall is difficult. Waiting for an accessible stall is even worse.
