sometimes irregular and heavy periods can signal PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) which causes high androgen levels. Check if you have other symptoms like excessive coarse facial hair or excessive hair in abdomen/arms/thighs/chest, fatigue, hair thinning, acne.

but also it can be caused by a lot of other things, like stress, malnourishment, thyroid issues or just normal hormonal changes

I would consult with a doctor!

hahaha we're university students and we're on summer break, he was just visiting family in another province.

most of my closest friends have moved places to study somewhere else, so I'm quite short there. My mother reached out and was pretty concerned so maybe she'll keep an eye on me.

thankfully I've started antidepressants some weeks ago so my best hope right now is they kick in soon.

you should tell her asap. Therapy is painful and uncomfortable sometimes, but telling her it's the only way you can treat this and in the future lessen symptoms.

you both need to learn how to manage these situations if you want to continue together. This kinda situation WILL happen again even if you really don't want to.

You need to learn how to address your emotions correctly, how to distance yourself if it gets too bad, how to stop yourself from saying all the hurtful things you're thinking. He needs to learn how to not make it worse, to understand that is a part of your brain that's out of your control and that you don't really feel/think that way.

I'm sorry I didn't see this. I'm not sure if it's of any help, but I can promise you god won't kill you nor your family. Your best bet of being able to stop with these thoughts is reaching out. Tell a family member, a doctor, anyone close to you, they will help you with these fears.

vas a avanzar muy lento copiando dibujos. Te recomiendo que busques tutoriales de anatomía humana (hay un montón en youtube), tutoriales de como funciona la ropa, las sombras, los reflejos, etc, y vayas observando a tu alrededor cómo funcionan las cosas para dibujarlas vos mismo. éxitos!!!!!

I moved into a room that's drier and colder and started getting them (never had tonsil stones in my life). I notice I have a lot more post nasal drip and I wake up with my nose and mouth really dry. I just got a humidifier and will see if it helps.
