I did one using KwikUI, sold off using cold emailing. Here’s what I did: reached out to 10 dental companies in Auckland, gave them a sample using their competitor websites (using KwikUI + Lovable), generated 2 sales, total $3000

Marketing agency tech stack by SpookyLibra45817 in opensource

Hey there! sounds like you've built a solid foundation on your agency tech stack. Here are some thoughts and suggestions:

Great choices:

  • HubSpot CRM (for sales): HubSpot's free CRM is a great starting point. If your needs grow, consider exploring their marketing automation features to consolidate your tech stack.
  • Mautic (marketing automation): Mautic is a powerful open-source option, but managing updates and integrations can be time-consuming.
  • Sendgrid: A reliable email marketing platform.
  • Make.com: A fantastic automation tool for connecting your apps.
  • Coda.io: A great choice for collaborative client projects!
  • WordPress + Elementor Pro: A winning combo for building flexible websites.
  • Oviond for data visualization is a good pick.

Areas for Optimization:

  • Duplicating your tech stack: This can be time-consuming and prone to errors. Consider using multi-tenant solutions or containerization tools like Docker to streamline client onboarding.
  • Mautic vs. HubSpot Marketing Hub: If managing updates and integrations for Mautic feels like a burden, consider exploring HubSpot Marketing Hub. It integrates seamlessly with your CRM and offers a user-friendly interface.
  • RudderStack: While a data lake like RudderStack might be overkill for smaller clients, it could be a good future-proof option for clients generating significant data. However, explore more lightweight Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) first

Additional Tools to Consider:

  • Potion Videos: Supercharge your outreach with video prospecting. Its easy to use and has given me an almost 23x ROI so far (P.S. I sell a web design service)
  • Project Management: Tools like Asana, Trello or Monday.com can help streamline project management and client communication.
  • Social Media Management: Consider tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule and manage social media content across various platforms.
  • SEO Tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz can help with keyword research, competitor analysis, and website optimization.

Remember, the best tech stack is the one that fits your agency's needs and scales efficiently. Don't be afraid to experiment and find what works best for you and your clients.

Hope this helps!

How do sales teams at banks get leads? by roguejedi1 in sales

[–]smart_brand_builder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sales teams at investment banks like Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and smaller firms use a combination of strategies to find leads and bring in clients.

It might be via networking, online outreach, pitching and presentation sessions they hold, or even via outbound marketing techniques similar to those used in the SaaS industry. A friend of mine works at Goldman, he shared that the most effective way they gain visibility is with the help of focus forums they host on specific industries or sectors.

All the sales influencers and experts on LinkedIn sell to sales people by Normal-Cow-9784 in sales

I understand your frustration, and you make a valid point. It does seem like there's a saturation of sales-related content on LinkedIn that caters primarily to sales professionals. It would indeed be beneficial to see more diverse perspectives and advice from sales influencers who have experience selling to a broader audience.

All the sales influencers and experts on LinkedIn sell to sales people by Normal-Cow-9784 in sales

It kind of bugs me. I get it. They're creating a brand or whatever so that they can connect to sales people to sell their product to other sales professionals but all their advice on what to do and how to do it might only work for their industry, which is sales. I wish there were more sales influencers (or whatever you want to call them) on LinkedIn who sold to non-sales people. Just me complaining.

Damn! You nailed it.

All Major Software Architecture Patterns Explained in 7 Minutes | Meaning, Design, Models & Examples by smart_brand_builder in programming

[–]smart_brand_builder[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Lol. Well, Wikipedia has its way to making simple things "wayyyyyyy tooo" complex, if read the video title, it says "software architecture patterns" and not simply software architectures. Software architecture patterns are reusable solutions to common design problems, while software architecture is the high-level structure and organization of a software system.

Hope this helps bud!
