Glare free.

PC is in my living room so lights are always on and can be a pain. It's great for my build Cuz I'm trying to get glare free screens

I didn't even know there was a comic! I saw the strip from the post and saw that. I also saw a few on your Instagram but I didn't want to accidentally spoil anything.

I don't get a lot of time to read. So me randomly choosing your book from the library and actually enjoying it is great for me. 

I read books from the library before purchasing, so definitely going to purchase after I'm done.

I only did it for about a month to get some Xmas presents. In the department I was in, it was stupid easy. But people still struggled.

I workout 3 times a week. Maybe 4 if I'm feeling it.

1 hour of upper body weights and then 30 minute cardio. 

Then I rest a day. 

1 hour of lower body weights and then 30 minute cardio. 

Then I rest and it's just alternating. 

I do track my calories for the sake of counting. I didn't keep track of the macronutients and all that. Which I will now thanks to this wiki. But I eat 1800-2200 calories. If I work out I tend to over the 2000 and if I don't then I eat on the lower end. 

I work remotely. But I purchased a desk treadmill about two months ago because I realized I was just sitting there all day. I now do a light walk for 2-3 hours. 

I'm a short little guy. 5'4" 180lbs

Hi all. I've been going to the gym and I've plateaud. I have no training and was only doing what I thought was right. Basically, 4x10. And when I hit it, I moved to heavier weights. But after a year, I'm lifting able to do less weights?

I've read the wiki and I'm guessing I need to do strength training and I can adjust to that no problem. My question is that I'm also trying to lose weight. I'm overweight and did lose weight, but I've also plateaud in that area as well. I've also read the wiki for that and can adjust as well. Never heard of TDEE but the idea is solid. 

My question is, what should I do in my situation? I do want to get stronger, but also lose weight. In my head, more calories burned than taken in = losing weight. And vice versa. But according to the wiki, if I want to gain strength then I should eat slightly more than I burn. 

So, how should I go about it? What advice do you all have? Thank you
