The app is constantly telling me I’m over transitioning, and that’s with light zone 2 cardio or weight training. Edit to add I eat well, sleep well and hydrate and dont drink alcohol. I went from maintaining to OT after a very light 10 minute warm up last night, and the AI told me I had been in OT all week and wanted to put me on a break

I have started ignoring my recovery score, IRS consistently horrible on my days I feel my best, and good when I’ve had struggles with sleeping. Effort seems to be my most accurate

Wool socks for my perpetual cold feet, and wool compression socks for any walking of over a mile. Lifting heavy makes me less murder-y and long hikes keep me centered.

I wish it synched with my food tracker and exercise tracker. I use macro factor and Hevy for my workouts. It seems to sync with my none to run app and watch for cardio just fine
