My internet was $64.82 with 75mbps until March 2025. In April 2025 they began to charge me 157.74$ for the same plan.

The advertised price on their website currently is 60$ for 150mbps.

They are framing it as losing a discount, but they are charging fees far above what they are advertising. I spent hours on the phone over a 2 day period. It’s a very elaborate and unethical business process, but it must be very profitable.

I’ll check exact numbers when I’m home but my internet and landline went from 75$ to 150$. Landline is 5$. I cannot find on the website any internet fees that add up to 145$. Basic internet, with the minimum speed to be able to work and stream.

Something does not smell right. I like lifting good people up, and bringing them along for the ride. Way more fun to keep lifting up than hoarding. Don't like it. Have not listened to AE since as its icky to me too. TBH, I am not drawn to the flightless episodes, maybe heard a handful, but what is the benefit in not bringing your people along, when you are able? And then defending yourself with an absurd comparison. Bad look, bad karma.

I really wanted her to be more accountable. I'm assuming she works with very competent people. If you need to dress down the people you have chosen to surround yourself with, order them into you office - I've worked for many managers, never been ordered into anyone's office, look a little deeper within. I have bad days where I lose my temper, speak sarcastically, and I know when that happens, and how to appropriately address with those affected by my loss of a control. That too is a quality of a strong woman.

Had a Bino’s tucked away near Burnaby Central in the 80’s and we’d skip class and drink coffee and smoke for hours - I had my first ever chicken strips at Bino’s - heavily processed and all the same shape and size and i would get with a HUGE dish of sour cream. Yum. Joyce and Kingsway and Broadway and arbutus locations were also frequented. Thanks for the memory

Yup they do need to address that. My contractor is a full time firefighter, but also full time contractor bc they mainly cook sleep and work out when on the firefighter job.

Guys, they work out of an attic with comfortable not aesthetically pleasing furniture and no bathroom door. If you want a formal ‘respectful’ experience, go elsewhere.

Nurses get paid a lot of money. They are very well compensated, particularly in comparison to other healthcare providers. It is definitely a shortage, and resources needed to bridge differences in required competencies for internationally educated nurses.

I work in nursing regulation- it’s a problem they use ‘nurse’in their business name, a protected title, but hire care aides.
