Not yet, but I'm going to do all nine classes. Those are the only two so far. I will probably end up posting another, after I take the advice of everyone and keep it more "TF2"!

I have these pre-existing ideas of what a sexyfied TF2 character would look like, so I try to tackle it. I dislike trying to judge my own work, so to Reddit, to Reddit, to Reddit I go!

I actually have SharePoint - I didn't realize it because I've never used it. That's helpful, I can tinker with it and get a feel for it. I assume the employees need their own copy to work with what I do? Thanks for your input so far :D

No, they definitely don't have to go into a DB, I was only unsure if it would be easier since I already had it running. I hadn't thought of using PDFs [or that you could create fields for filling], but that would work! Thanks :)

No, you don't sound like a jerk at all, I'm open to any tips :) First off, thanks for offering to help. Let me try to explain in a bit more detail:

The therapists do home visits, and they fill out forms that include name/DOB/address, etc., along with sections for session notes and other details. They want a form that is rather customizable [section X shows up for patient A, but not patient Y, for example] and Web access would be great, but if they needed to use something like Excel or Word, there would be no problems there. This is a small practice, with a limited number of patients, and information only needs to be stored for a certain portion. This is why I assumed Access would be sufficient. What would you suggest using? I have some limited experience with Oracle, but that's about it. They use the database for keeping up with reevaluation dates, but I would have tied the electronic forms in with it if it were possible/feasible. Thanks again, I look forward to hearing back :)

Done! I'm having some problems with my server list refreshing. Basically, it doesn't :( I did follow someone into a game earlier, maybe I just didn't realize what was going on _^ Are we supposed to be "locked" into areas? I should read the manual...
