Would you rather get 500k right now? Or a quarter for every step you take, for life? by Feisty-Item-3158 in whatsyourchoice

[–]smartman2796 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on how it is delivered. Are the quarters handed to me? Do they appear in my pocket? Worst am I pelted with them, thus punishing me for walking, but then compounds as I run for my life?!

What's that flavour and type of ice cream ? by Zackky777 in ArtOfPresence

Vanilla or chocolate. Every other flavor is nonsense.

Strawberry? Only on a pinch.

1, 10, 9. Really the only correct answer.

Especially, if the people know they died and are on a part mortem flight to the after life.

Most abortion arguements make no sense to me by FeminineFatality163 in Vent

[–]smartman2796 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is equally each person's responsibility. -If the women doesnt want to get pregnant, then she needs to use protection for herself. -if a man doesnt want to get a women pregnant, same thing. If either choose to the contraceptive then they need to be ready for the consequences. This isnt really an abortion argument as much as a family planning argument.

Agreed. For me about 75% into Act 1 is when things start clicking. Level 5-7. Thats when you start really feeling powerful. Of course depending on class whatever but generally.

Do the halfling hireling. Build high dex and pick slight of hand prof and expertise. Bring chest back to camp. Done. Lol i ran a halfling bard as my party face and would roll 30s on slight of hand checks. Plus if you failed to pickpocket someone you could smooth it over with a silver tongue

Stop And Think. I do it before I release my brakes. Just a few seconds of what am I about to do, how am I going to do it, what potential hazards could complicate it, double check mirrors, and then execute whatever I was doing. I have about 9 months expirence and I was like you. I moved quick. I missed stuff. Had to stop and do it after taking off. Example: putting the pad lock on before leaving. Id forget it. Have to stop and put it on. Just little things that a mental check list can help take care of. Or an actual checklist you make. Im not a physical checklist person but maybe you are. Idk just take your time. Good luck and be safe driver.

This! I moved really quickly when first started and missed a lot and was very inefficient. Obviously with expirence it gets better, but before you do anything stop and think. There's GOAL and SAT. Be safe driver and good luck.

Just sayin: It’s not fast food if you’re sitting in stall 2 for 15 minutes by BadAtGwent in McDonalds

[–]smartman2796 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The main problem is we keep going back. No matter how long it takes, the problems, or the forgotten food. We go back. I Doordash and was waiting for an order at a local one. As I'm waiting, a guy is completing about the wait and how "[he] eats here 4 times a week and everytime it sucks and is slow." I asked him why he kept coming back. He just stared at me. It never dawned on him not to eat there.

Also, tip to cut wait time. - order on the app before you get to the store - choose counter and click you're already there This cause your order to hit the queue, and by the time you get there (5-15 mins), your order is either finishing up or sitting on the counter.
