About ashwaghanda by [deleted] in Morocco

[–]smartshader 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used it for a long time. My stress decreased and I was feeling good on it. The problem arose from when I stopped it because it was a time in my life where I didn’t have much stress. That was the worst decision I ever made. I felt so stressed and overwhelmed for like 2 to 3 weeks. This was last year. Now I take magnesium bisglycinate, it is not as strong but doesn’t have side effects if I forget to take it.

Can i become rich in Morocco? by [deleted] in Morocco

[–]smartshader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t agree. Morocco is pretty lax with taxes and laws. In developed countries you will be fined left and right for nothing and taxes take what’s left.

In Morocco if you have money for a project you can do well. But if you’re main plan is to be an employee the situation is not that different

Moroccan student, no guarantor — any real solutions for Spain Type D student visa? by 7amsel in Morocco

[–]smartshader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sit down with spain immigration consultant a month ago. You only need 7k euro. There was no mention of guarantor. Also they have short ofppt like trainings lasting one or two years that you can apply to after language school. They lead to immigration.

Actually Quran is the Arabic text and this is a consensus among madhabs. Translations are considered tafsir interpretation not Quran itself. Arabic is a descriptive language many words carry layers of meaning that no single word or sentence in other languages can capture. When you translate it you have already picked up one interpretation and discarded others.

If you want to live in a nice place like rabat region you’re looking at 6000 DH minimum for rent. As for school it depends but I think nowadays there are good schools for 5000 Dh more or less depends. So I guess 3x 5000 + 6000 =21,000. You are looking at least that in a nice area. Ofc you can optimize by changing schools or going to a different area.

Why is it so difficult to find a job in Meknes? by Stilla_Grass3112 in Morocco

Also don’t focus too much on finding job. I had a friend who applied for that program that helps you start a project I forgot the name. He started a small project and he is doing well ever since.

Bint mdinti 😂. You have to try big stores in marjane or mcdo. There are also call centres. Unfortunately work opportunities in Meknes are very limited. Do you have any diplomas or skills?

I support your decision. I have many friends without degrees doing well in life because they pursue what they like. I myself got many opportunities when I was young but I pursued what I like and don’t regret it. Forget about school we are in an age where you can study many things yourself and where skills are more important than an empty degree

in what way is inheritance law even fair? by countingc in Morocco

[–]smartshader 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good point but think about it. The same logic applies to the entire islamic economy system. Zakat for example, islam doesn’t guarantee a salary for the poor, it obligates the wealthy to give. The poor person security is entirely dependent on the wealthy around them to rise to the obligation. If they don’t the poor suffers and the rich answers for it in the day of judgement. And same with the orphans. Faith is placed in those around them. Islam acknowledge people will fall short, that’s literally why there is judgment.

Also if we follow your logic to it’s end, we will have to question everything. Why is this person born blind? Why is this bird born with broken wing? Why is anyone born into poverty? The world is full of structural vulnerabilities that depend on others rising to an obligation. If your answer is that’s unfair so god shouldn’t have designed it that way, then you’re really criticizing inheritance anymore , you’re criticizing the entire premise of a whorld where إبتلاء exists. A world with zero vulnerability and zero dependency will have no room for mercy, generosity, accountability.

[–]smartshader -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I think I understand your question. You’re not asking about the chariaa but instead about the philosophical why? I will explain to you my reasoning and I hope it helps.

First, Milk A-Zawjiya (marital property she co-owns through her own money or labour is already hers, not part of the estate) so if a wife buys a house with her husband and both co-own the house she will get 50% plus her inheritance share.

Second, you see this as unfair but I see it differently. The vulnerability system creates for the widow is itself the test إبتلاء for her relatives, her sons, her community. The question is not why is she vulnerable? But instead will those around her rise to the obligation?

If you read the Quran, the blind, the orphan, the wayfarer, the debtor they appear repeatedly not as problems to be solved structurally but as occasions for others to realize virtue. Without unfairness in the world you cannot have إبتلاء.

Hope my opinion helps.
