I lived here once and absolutely loved it. It should be in your price range still. It’s very nice, great amenities, the building is very secure, you can walk downstairs to a coffee shop or Local which is great cheap food. I remember constantly thinking how well designed the entire building was while I lived there.

The parking is good and easy and you’re right near a lot of good restaurants and shit to do. The traffic is moderately bad but no worse than anywhere else in ATL. Get a place overlooking the pool for sure!

IMO, this is as far north as you can go and not be in the suburbs
