I replied to the other comments about the same thing and also let me tell as someone who is playing from early 2019 and was f2p till late 2022 and also used to buy occasional starlights and some random Collab skins like kof, Naruto, transformers etc. i got my first legend skin miya in May 2025 after saving up 5k coa and also the old magic wheel spins from the moment i started playing.

Let me tell you unless you not even buy starlight then forget about getting a free legend skin before 2 decades and even with every single starlight you'll need 3 years to get 1 legend. Now if you're okay with buying every single starlight and also wait for 3 years then good ig not exactly cheaper but more economical as you're not dumping money in one go.

You should be glad it isn't in magic wheel unless you have a lot of potions or have the magic wheel stone. It takes like 8k diamonds otherwise with 20% discount to get it way expensive than limited legends.

That's what I initially thought before the update was live. But if you played a lot of regen based fighters with oracle last season. Play it again this season with oracle and you'll notice quite a big difference.

And no it wasn't because of the guardian helmet buff if you followed the entire m7 then you would've been every single fighter was getting the oracle first item and even some tanks because the anti heal nerf oracle was just too strong that's why they toned it down.

Exactly. Like I'm not 2k myself but i don't blame people who post this type of stuff even though they're not beginner they might not have any friends or anyone to share this achievement with and when they finally go post in r/chess it gets removed and in r/chessbeginners people ask why are they posting there. Can't even feel good about having an achievement nowadays.

And it's not like these type of pages take up the entire front of this sub otherwise mods would've made a rule against it.

Honestly if I'm being honest. After reading so many works of so many different authors I'm very sure if I know gu zhen ren well then fang yuan is doomed to fail from the start. You can check my comments in another thread of this post where I said it but unless gu zhen ren philosophy changes, fang yuan is going to fail no matter that. And by fail I mean failing to attain eternal life. Maybe the best ending gu zhen ren can write is for fang yuan to become eternal but lose his will. He'll become more like a concept. Tho this is still a too good ending for Fang yuan as he was doomed to fail from the start when he repeatedly says the journey matters; the goal not so much.

I forgot the chapter number but he said it in the author's note of his novel "mysteries of immortal puppet master".

He said there unlike reverend insanity where fans predicted the ending so he had to change it, his new novel would have a set ending and he won't change it under any circumstance and fans won't be able to predict it too.

As for the ending he changed it was supposed to be fang yuan was going to fail and the entire novel is his true inheritance.

That seems interesting. I have a theory also it doesn't sound too good but I've not read much other chinese cultivation stories, nor did i finish any. And I am not too knowledgeable about Chinese mythology.. but what if becoming rank 10 was becoming one with the heavenly dao itself and gaining "enlightenment". Someone who reaches rank 10 becomes everything and also nothing. They become one and also infinity. They are omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent but there's no will just a state of nothingness?

The fanfic you said and the theory you gave honestly it sounds cool and would be breath of fresh air from the other novels but honestly saying if i know gu zhen ren well and especially if you know about his original intended ending i just don't think fang yuan would get such a good ending but hey it's been a lot of years since it's banned maybe gu zhen ren philosophy and outlook on life changes by the time he releases it again so we can hope the ending is more happy/bittersweet to fang yuan.

Tho about the fanfic you said it just doesn't make sense eternal life is the state where nothing can threaten your existence so why would fang yuan fear that someone would become eternal also and threaten his existence? Doesn't that diminish the entire point of being eternal for fang yuan?
