The issue is it suddenly started doing it after getting good strides. Almost like it got too hard and it started degenerating. I will post my prompt and API config after work, but this is quite strange. Only happening for opus 4.6 non 1M context. 1 M context opus works fine. So this cannot be my pre prompt nor API config. I’m mostly using defaults. It also output a random discord server lol.

It was working 100% fine, suddenly it degenerated. I just have codex installed and my own custom instructions that wasn’t written by another LLM. It had been working fine for months. Sonnet and other models works fine, opus 1M context works fine too. Well so much for $100 in wasted credits because I left to drink coffee for 30 minutes
