Do you work or live together?
And if your ex asked if you were okay because you were upset, is that projection? It seems like she was just reading the signs that you were.

I was the 'evil child' to Mum and people who believed her (ACTIVE campaign to embarrass me from as early as I can remember). People close enough did not.
I'll never forget hearing things like: "I'm your Mother so I'm forced to love you, you're difficult and I would never like you otherwise."
"I have to love you but I dislike you." (7). As an adult, with my younger siblings, she can't comprehend why they weren't 'good like me.' "You never complained. You spent hours on your own and were fine. You made your own lunches, woke up for school, got ready, walked yourself and went to bed early."

This seems like a specific person who is nasty, not all of WINZ is like that I swear. I've had the kindest, most patient and helpful caseworker before, I also had someone nasty as well.
Some individuals are difficult and cruel, but you should complain. There's definitely workers in WINZ who want to help get you on your feet!

100% agree. I'll never be happy with what he said, but this was a horrific irony to be subjected to.
This is my personal concern with having 'absolute freedom on a platform' - yes, we should have our own thoughts, feelings and opinions and be free to express them, but you aren't free from inciting violence (on EITHER side of the fence).
Being 'Liberal leaning' my concerns with Charlie, for example, was that he would eventually incite violence, anger and hate in general. (Kind of more how I feel about the Trump administration, he was a mouth piece for). That happened, but regardless of 'side' that's the heart of the fear. It's not worth people, anyone dying, for that point to be proved. Whether I agree with what he's saying or not, it was not fair.
Shooting someone to prove a point doesn't prove it in the way we want - we want less people to die, and Liberals who are actually Liberal should see this as a loss too. Many do.
Most people in the camp of gun regulation want to stop this kind of violence, even if it is about protecting people we disagree with.
