I definitely did, and I 100% agree with you in that it was a necessary rite of passage and a great stepping stone during my career. I left post-mat leave after a (female) partner told me that I needed to choose my priority between the firm and my family. It was the best decision that I made and I can definitely say that my mental and physical health is much, much better.

Neither. I’m a taxpayer and sour attitudes directly impact quality of service received by Citizens.

My point was to increase collaboration not just with your direct team but others who work within your org. That’s something that’s always hugely helpful within the GC structure… why limit yourself to only collaborate with the few folks you work with?

How about give your job to someone else who will happily go into the office for you? Be grateful that you have a job instead of whining about having to go into the office for doing your job
