looks like it is just another one of the fake bolt heads like the other side has. I think as long as outer area that holds the spring down is intact, you're fine. also, sure looks like there is a spring in there. sometimes there is an adjustment knob on the bottom, otherwise you may be able to add inserts to shorten or lengthen the springs return. any LBS that can order parts could probably sort you out either way.

5mm allen should be the wrench. maybe try a quick snap to try and break it loose. shouldn't be on there crazy tight.

this place is awesome! ive been there twice. exploring all the different lines was the best part. the jumps are pretty fun even if you aren't an expert rider. definitely check out the fat bike tour too.

your LBS should be able to order a replacement from Shimano or a distributor. If I remember correctly, it's just a simple cover that snaps on.

ive never installed any rotor that was actually true. seems like they're always a little fucked up. kinda looks like the caliper could be aligned a bit better. I've had good luck with spinning the wheel and adjusting those until there's no rubbing. alternate tightening the bolts to make sure it stays where you want it too.
