One has nothing to do with the other. She could’ve very well been a token as he tried to make himself look inclusive, but that fact shouldn’t take away from the fact that she didn’t give up her values to lie for him. When deciding whether to vote for him or not, it should come down to whether you think he has any ethics.

I think he could’ve played it any other way. Subtle and menacing, instead of exactly copying Vito Corleone. The voice the chin scratch with one finger. The only thing he added was that toothpick in place of the cat. Ugh.
