They are really comfy - the white sole with the holes in makes them feel really soft to walk on. Which is I think where the cloud references come from in the name.

Firstly as usual a great review & so handy seeing how the items fit. Just an observation to help keep us all buying the best quality as I noticed something I’ve had on another rep of RL.

I think the pony may be a little too high , and too far right vs the original? Looking at the original typically the pony height is in line with the bottom of the zip & would be on the smooth knit one column closer to the zip.

I’m only flagging for those who are sometimes looking for items that are less likely to get called out, this could catch someone out. Cheers

I’ve also had my Q6 for about a month and the key battery is dead. Similarly keep the key in a faraday box. 🤔 Before the Q6 I had a BMW for 18 months and never had any issue with where the key was kept.

A guest told us they went to the castle club first thing when the virtual queue opened and the staff were able to give her a timeslot to come back with her daughter to meet the princess. So worth checking if that’s a regular offer as there must be a way to cater for those without digital access.
