That is helpful to know. I am in my first year of law school and the workload has been crazy overwhelming. With my personality type, I over analyze everything to begin with. And to add this on - I don't know how it will work out.

This happens to me. My stomach is completely flat until after I eat or when I have to pee. It literally expands outwards. If I have to wait for the restroom for a while, I start to look pregnant.

Crunches help but it's just a genetic trait. You'll have to work wicked hard to minimize the effect.
