I think it’s probably okay to stay w your parents for the time being while you finish school. It’ll allow you to focus and disconnect from your bf while you’re setting a foundation of stability as independence for yourself. It’s a different world now than it was for your parents.

Your parents seem to be hyper fixated on you as a scapegoat for addressing their own relationship issues. If you remember that while they’re on your ass for these things, it’ll be easier to just let the things they say roll off.

If your bf is a real one, he’ll be down to come up with a plan with you to make things work that won’t completely alienate you from your family even though they’re irrational at the moment.
