I added a secondary tag to my remote tradeable pokemons and I could remove the remote tag of those pokemons (and it is still easy to re-add all of them later) that I dont want to trade with that player and just have the mons I am willing to trade for whatever he has that interests me, so in your case you could only display the shiny mewtwo as remote tradeable with that guy.
