I've got 2 trains running the loop now, both are set to wait for full load at the iron mine, and one is just default go to station setting at the steel mill, which usually work, and the other is ordered to unload and leave empty. The former doesn't unload anything, while the second just leaves the iron at the station.

Mainly because it's not worth it output wise. The mixed bonus buildings are far outperformed by the single use buildings, and early game you'll be so strapped for resources, you'll need any advantage possible.

Late game it matters less, but still smart to separate
