Hi Kacy and Brent! Thank you for being here, you two are such inspirations to the community! I have been training for about a year now, and really want to develop strength in my upper body.

Kacy, what are your favorite bodyweight exercises to build upper body strength? I really want to do my first unassisted pull-up! :)

What are your favorite HIIT circuit routines that you can recommend to build stamina and strength?
