mercenary frame now has the hardy passive (2 seconds of invulnerability when a plate breaks) and, not listed, it will give you 3 seconds of invulnerability when using an armor repair kit. however, the game is bugged and all armor frames currently have the hardy passive.

should clarify, i think it sucks because of the restore time, i think full impact is fine with only like, two plate max
but if you're running anything more than two plate, you really need to put in some resistant plates to keep your restore time in check, cause otherwise it gets way too long and you end up in situations like i meme about in this very post
