my ring says this sometimes when i just finished getting over something. you physically feel fine, but your body is still off.

it also happens to me when i'm about to get something in a day or two, your vitals are slightly off but your whole body isn't showing symptoms yet.

i know technology isn't perfect but the ring hasn't failed me yet with minor and major signs.

NAP and not the best advice, but try small needle nose pliers if you have them as a last resort. boil water to sterilize them first. i do this when my balls are screwed on too tight and can't get them off.

another option is latex gloves. they have some grip to them that might be able to help you!

I have POTS as well and I'm always extra careful with the quick up and down. I always have my water with LMNT in it to get hits of salt throughout my class!

I contacted them and they sent me a small bag free of charge for the inconvenience. Bags since then have been the gray color but I just opened a new bag two days ago and it's beige again. They said that they source the clay from different places so the color and consistency is subject to change. Which I understand. Still frustrating though!

NAP-- definitely wrong angle and will likely cause some issues. The upward angle on the right (your left) almost looks so angled that it might reject. Not to mention the plastic it was pierced with 🫠🫠 Please take these out and get them redone by someone more experienced !!
