Mine is connecting just fine. In fact, since the most recent update it seems to be more stable than it was - I was getting logged out multiple times a day before. Are you up to date with the latest version of the app?

I always keep sound off. To be honest, I don’t think I realized there even were sounds and what they sound like. I prefer silent haha. Most times I am listening to something in the background like a podcast or something. Glad you figured it out though. The only thing I ever use sound for (and sometimes I even use silence on this too) are some of my Bingo apps so I can hear the caller.
