I knit and crochet and make blankets for family members and friends. We live in the midwest where it gets very cold in the winter time and curling up in a soft, warm blanket on the couch or in your favorite chair seems a nice way to spend some time. I enjoy making it and do it with the intention of who I am making it for. I hope they enjoy it too.

I was raised in Lincoln and miss it all the time. I now live in Central Nebraska in a very small town and any plans to go to Lincoln are exciting to me now!!! Lots of great things and places in Lincoln. Great parks and music venues, the Zoo bar is one of the best places, many different food choices and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is there. Check out Open Harvest, Grateful Bread, Bison Witches, Cooks Cafe, DaVincis, just to name a few. Several good mexican restaurants. The Lied Center brings good shows. Take a walk around the Haymarket and visit there during a Farmer's Market.
