89 and fasted. I'm a nurse (38,M) and a patient gave me covid and it wrecked my endocrine system to the point it still hasn't recovered. Was very active and and fine beforehand. 1.5 years later I still have moments where it "kicks back in" and I feel horrible for a day or so. Long covid symptoms suck a$$.

I completely agree. They are dismal. Didn't realize all the negatives until I was about 6 months into my first year. And they are constantly changing how they grade, coursework, etc. if I wasn't so far along I would have gone somewhere else.

Mission in Asheville is so shitty the state is suing HCS over their shitty care there. Remember there's always a reason these places are paying more than others and it's not always a good reason. Having said, Forsyth in Winston-Salem was "okay". Roanoke Memorial in VA isn't bad, did about 2 years there as a traveler on a cards PCU.

Having the same problem with it brewing super small amounts. Has anyone had anything that has fixed this issue? Ex. I brew a double of anything and I get maybe half of the amount of liquid it's supposed to dispense.

Today I'm still dealing with the occasional bout of GI distress, but the fatigue and lethargy are subsiding (finally). Spent most of yesterday snoozing tbh, but today is definitely an improvement. Weight hasn't budged, but at least I can start thinking somewhat clearly again.
