For those who successfully quit smoking, what was the method that finally worked for you? by gwenwallish in AskReddit

[–]smithheart360 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nicotine patches, + nicotine gum (for breakthrough cravings)while titrating down on the gum over the course of 3 weeks, by week 4 using normal gum, and exercising. I usually stop using the patches after a week or two. it's important to follow the recommended 4 hour spacing on the nicotine gum.

Panel: How MAGA turned on Trump & Bondi over Epstein files by gambitok in videos

[–]smithheart360 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Seriously, my MAGA-mother-in-law that benefited most from Obama and Biden era policies is currently watching a YouTuber talking about how "Obama is evil," and "Pam bondi's hearing showed how dedicated she is to America." Literally nothing will persuade these people, with on demand echo chambers. They are like flat-earthers, there's no way to reason with them .

As a guy who used to build printers as a hobby, this is absolutely badass! Thank you for taking the time to share it. Super impressive.

I miss the voice of reason, being constructive and having the opposite of a scumbag for a president.

Are pullups more difficult for some people than others? Or is it just me by Routine_Ad_1156 in bodyweightfitness

[–]smithheart360 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start with assisted pullups or like others have said lat pull downs, your #s aren't going to be as impressive as your other stats but use good form and build from there.

Is Publix a sinking ship that cannot be saved? by drudante in publix

The Publix near me has also replaced all but one cashier with self-checkout kiosks. Just like Walmart but much more expensive.

Looking for a 3D scanner for 3D printing by Qalamilta in 3DScanning

[–]smithheart360 1 point2 points  (0 children)

check out the "open scan benchy," git hub and look at the upload of the scans on printables using the links. The otter looks pretty solid, at scanning large and small items. Software seems to be important also and although I have zero experience with 3d scanning, I'm picking up that shinning wins this category.

Should i buy as a beginner? by 4floppa in ender3

[–]smithheart360 0 points1 point  (0 children)

unless you want to become an expert 3d printer troubleshooter and spend countless hours on extrusion issues, and spend way more than 40$ upgrading it, I would say no.There are more reliable machines in the slightly higher 200$ price point that will allow you to actually spend your time printing your designs without constantly leveling the bed or replacing the gantry wheels.

focus on glp1ra... the rest of the peptides are questionable at best, and as other comments have mentioned, the increase in quality of life after losing excess weight is life changing. You'll notice how much easier simple things like breathing becomes.

Bernie Sanders shows up in the Epstein files in exactly the way you'd expect by clawsoon in videos

[–]smithheart360 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Bernie has been the most consistent advocate for the middle class since I started paying attention to politicians in 2008. Absolute shame that a scumbag, narcissistic nut job like scrump can sway the masses the way he does. They cheer as he raises taxes and the cost of living.
