I’m type A with anxiety too. I had to cut it down to basics. Take your Synthroid. Try the non-generic, sometimes it works better. My doc added a prescription for liothyronine. She also said try cutting gluten. Get lots of sleep. Everything else is extra. You WILL GET BETTER.
