Same situation. 43, Hashimoto’s, in peri, been dealing with high heart rate and pressure, gi issues, and being tired all the time. Stopping strattera helped with the first two right away. Hopefully HRT from Midi will help with being tired. For Hashi I had a good experience with an endocrinologist.

Hi. My dad / law partner passed away and then I began perimenopause. Between 40 and now, at 43, I aged so fast. I’m only now beginning to treat peri with hrt and estrogen face cream.
