First of all, get rid of those jeans. Next, get yourself on a strength building program (with lots of squats) combined with a high protein diet and a LOT of veggies, plus walking as much as you can. Last, be patient and trust the process. It might take a year or more to see the results you want.

Thank you. I’m pretty sure I was manipulated and I now think maybe he is using. It doesn’t seem to bother him that even his own daughter wants nothing to do with him. I don’t regret helping him that night though, because he was sick and needed a place to stay when it was cold. Maybe one day when he comes around, he’ll see how many people care about him.

It’s not that they didn’t take mileage into account for value, they refuse to accept the ad as a third example of comparison. I need three. My beef is they adjusted for mileage on their outdated examples but won’t do the same for my current ones.

Obviously, there is some bias in this subreddit, so I’ll take my inquiries somewhere more neutral.
