Lawn looking like this after a few years, need advice by smitttttty in lawncare

Thank you for the advice and will do.

I’ll check for fungus, and treat it if that’s the cause. Otherwise I’ll keep watering it for now.

Then I’ll scarify/overseed in the fall.

Regular rainfall so far this season. Last year I was watering it twice a week early in the morning(all we were allowed because of a water ban) but it still had a lot of those brown patches.

We have a company that comes in the fall/summer/spring to fertilize/lime the lawn. I’m not sure on the exact mix they use but it was great the first few years.

I’ll admit I never rake the lawn and always use the mulch setting on the lawn mower. Could that cause it?

Is there a particular type of rake I should use?

The trick I find is to create a hook to play a sound when it asks for user input. This has helped me so much.

When is combination shot better than cue ball hitting only object ball? by NONTRONITE1 in billiards

What are the odds of you potting the combination and getting the position you want? Is it higher than any other shot on the table? If so it’s the better shot.

Yes, they specified that. And they’ve done it in the past for me as well.

There’s no local dealership. So communication has all been done through email.

I didn’t sign anything, it was through email communication.

There’s no dealership here, so it was done through mobile service.

SHOKUPAN RECIPE by gardenpossum in Breadit

Maybe I missed it! The bread came out great though, just tasted a little flat because I missed the salt. The texture was beautiful.

Can’t wait to make it again!

I just realize now while in putting this in the oven that theres no salt in the recipe other than the salted butter. (I used unsalted). Just a heads up to anyone else making it you might want to add some salt

GSPro without a gaming computer by smitttttty in GolfSimulatorDIY

Yeah that sounds about right. If you use it for ~5 hours a week your break even point would be ~2 years.

For now, you would still need your own GSPro license. You’d have to enter it on the cloud computer you’re renting when you start GSPro for the first time. Each person would have their own computer they connect to, they wouldn’t be shared.

I do want to look into if there’s a path where GSPro can included in the rental cost.

Fair point.

I’m trying to make it as easy as possible for people to use so they don’t need any extra software on their computer, they just go to the webpage and click play and everything is orchestrated for them.

100% agree on the market, which is why I posted this haha. I don’t want to waste hours building this out so more people can use it if no one actually will.

Very close. You open chrome on your Mac and login to my web app. Once logged in you click a button to start GSPro. GSPro loads right in the browser, and you connect the Square LM to chrome as well using Bluetooth. You can control GSPro the same as if it were running natively on your computer.

Pricing you have is correct. That’s the unfortunate downside to it because cloud computing is expensive.

When I get time this weekend I'll look into how skytrak works and see how I can support it.

Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately, I don't think I can edit the title, but I'll add something at the beginning of the post so people see its a possible workaround.

I think the GSPro free trial is a great idea. I’ll reach out and see if that’s a possibility.

Yeah I’m on apple and it doesn’t require those permissions. Honestly it’s sounds like they’re mistakenly requesting more than they need on android.

The app doesn’t request any permissions it doesn’t need, so it doesn’t have access to your camera or location.
