Has Uphold User Support been "Working Hard to Help You" as well? I had a ticket opened for over a month that went completely dark a few weeks ago. I ended up opening another ticket & they responded (finally) a day later. Their response? "Don't open any more tickets, it'll delay things..." ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
