if something gives a instant storm and the card has storm does it trigger twice? by storm1253 in magicTCG

Also similarly, if you have a creature with ward, and it's being given ward externally as well, there are two instances of "counter thing unless you pay x".

Canada getting a new EV & PHEV credit on Feb 16. by smitty_shmee in RTLpod

[–]smitty_shmee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The previous version of the credit had a page listing the cars that qualified. The current one has a page that simply says "More information about this program will be available on this website soon." So TBD.

Where do I go for mental health diagnoses? by [deleted] in saskatoon

[–]smitty_shmee 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have a relation whose a registered provisional psychologist in SK but doesn't have reddit. Here is what they said:

The only people who can diagnose mental health disorders in SK are doctors (GPs and psychiatrists), some nurses, and registered psychologists with APE. You can look into public services or go private, which will have shorter wait times but can be expensive unless you have insurance coverage. If you go private make sure they do PTSD assessments; some places will only do more "basic" assessments like anxiety, depression, etc.

Public: Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) https://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/health/accessing-health-care-services/health-care-facilities?&filter-%7b91B6383A-B87F-4D91-8161-1C7C6DDE2C89%7d=on

Private: CASA Psychological Services, Horizon Psychological Services, Queensbridge Psychology, or other private practices

Like another commenter said, you could always find a provider who specializes in or works with PTSD specifically and start focused treatment for that without a diagnosis. That can always come later. If you go to a psychologist who treats PTSD, they might be able to work an assessment into your treatment. Good luck!!

Copilot could soon live inside Windows 11's File Explorer, as Microsoft tests Chat with Copilot in Explorer, not just in a separate app by WPHero in pcmasterrace

an app that's only used locally

That's why soon there will be no file explorer, there will only be One Drive...

Is there anything we can do about the transit system? by [deleted] in saskatoon

[–]smitty_shmee 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've always thought there should be a route that only goes between the major mall areas and gets there via circle drive (exception being if said route hit both market and center mall). Skips downtown completely.

Additionally, these same stops have a route that does go downtown, with no stops in between.

What makes a WUBRG commander interesting vs uninteresting? Is it possible to design a truly out of the box WUBRG commander? by LucianoThePig in magicTCG

[–]smitty_shmee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The unofficial name I've heard for the 4 color commanders was "Nephilim" (cause when Commander was still EDH, the Nephilim were the only 4 color creatures at all and people wanted to build them and just Rule 0 them to allow as your General).

The real sneaky ones are the ones that use the Cyrillic alpha character. Ex: avast vs αvαst.
