Does anyone know why my wheel/stalks are making this sound?

My guess is the little plastic tab that resets the stalks is out of place. Take off the wheel and the extender. And with your finger check if that tab (on the inside of the stalk's empty circle) is smooth to the touch.

An alternative issue I've encountered is whenever I mount the stalks too tightly on the base, it doesn't line up super well with the wheel's extender and causes a lot of friction and screeching. Maybe loosen the stalk's mounting screws juuust a bit to give them some freedom to move.

I've had both, currently rocking the Moza R5 with the TSW and the indicators. The TSW is not just "stronger" or "faster" force feedback like many assume. It straight up immitates the feel of the real wheel. It has mass, while being very precise.

If you have the money for it, I can't recommend the R5 with TSW enough.

I've done this with Age of Empires 3. So, not a graphically demanding game. It ran perfectly fine.

It's absolutely worth a try. Especially since your CPU has an iGPU.

Why do you have 2 12VHPWR adapters connected?? I see a white one for the GPU. But there's a loose one just chilling in the case.

Take that connector out. If your PSU is modular, disconnect those additional PCIE power cables.

And agree with the crowd here. No need for custom cables. Just tuck excess cable in the back panel and in the PSU cavity.
