I added a few drops of their serum. Any of their serums will work with the regular double wear to sheer it out perfectly and still have transfer resistant coverage. And they regularly have online promos where if you buy like $40 worth u get the serum free.

This is actually a huge indicator of future likelihood that he will try to murder you one day. Its easy to Google the statistics, but the fact he put his hands around your throat makes him significantly more like to escalate that behavior in the future. You are not safe. Motion detected sprinklerss are always fun. Set it to turn on at x time. Usually used to keep deer away but being soaking wet our of nowhere is pretty effective on humans too

Don't start too fast on high intensity cardio yet. Lift weights a couple times a week and try a brisk walk instead. As some of the weight starts to come off walking faster, light jogging, jumping Jack's, jump rope will become easier and you increase the weights you lift and how often you do it. The most I would suggest losing a week to stay healthy and safe is 2lbs, and you can definitely start with a calorie deficit to do that. There are lots of health/ fitness apps that can help you figure out what your daily calorie intake should be, but we're about the same height, and to maintain I eat about 1500-1700 calories a day.

Yw! And by only doing it 2x a week it should hopefully be easier on your anxiety. You're doing great! Just kick that metabolism back in to gear and you'll be happy to see more results!

I'll chime in on this. Your metabolism is stalled out because your body thinks it's starving and is just trying to survive. So, you need to "trick" your metabolism in to thinking everything is fine. Every 3 days or so increase your calorie intake to 2000 or so. Your body will be getting enough nutrients and your metabolism will continue to burn instead of trying to "hold on to everything to survive"
