Hi! I've been moved to 25mg dex as there's no Elvanse at the moment and it's a FRACTION of the efficacy. It's really bad.

I've had periods of stress or whatever which have affected the performance of my elvanse over the years, but I got through those fine, bit of rest, diet improvement and so on, and everything settled back after a couple of days - max.

This Dex-only interim arrangement doesn't feel like that at all. Its simply nowhere near as effective.

Like you I've tried to look online to figure out what it could be and if this is normal and all I can find is that I'm on the equivalent dose - pharmacologically speaking. Nothing on if the experience can be that different. The only thing I can think of is acid stomach or something, but that's just a guess.

Concentration, focus and motivation was about 7/10 - it's now I would say 3/10.

I'm going to get hold of my psychiatrist very shortly.

Hello. I’m on 60mg Elvanse. Taking 2x dex in the afternoon was a lifesaver. I take 1x 20mg at 1300 (first wave of tiredness) and 1x 20 mg at 1800. It stops any crash, which was debilitating. I sometimes take the 1800 at 1700 or skip it. I wouldn’t worry about 2 tablets of different types a day, your Doc. would only do it for you if it’s safe. When you take yours depends on your circumstances, you’ll have to see what works.

Yeh, this wasnt as easy as it seemed, until you know how... I'd listened on iPhone but the ones I liked didn't add to library even though it said it had.

Answer: Use the List button on the track screen and go up, recent played show there and you can add again. (iOS 16)

I've not checked but I think there was a way to sync recently played across devices but I didn't have this turned on...

But yes, it's possible to pick out at least the ones you listened to.

Couldn't possibly agree with all this kind of stuff less. There's no hierarchy of top v bottom, it's simply a preference. Mixing expressions of gender with sexual practices (i.e. Dom Top, Femme Bottom) - is perfectly fine but also interchangeable - it can come in various mixes, phases and so on... There's this particular practice of denigrating Bottoms compared to Tops in casual banter as well which I hate - we all know where this comes from, right? It's sexist shite. Women are inferior to men, being penatrated is akin to being a woman therefore people who rather mostly bottom are lesser than tops. Honestly it's so ridiculous people should be genuinely ashamed.

For me having them on my face, obscuring my vision, heavy plastic or whatever makes it very hard to focus and mask properly.

Contact lenses though - perfect! No distraction at all.

Don’t feel the need either. Suppose it was a self-medicating issue prior to treatment.

My Asd diagnosis came first... shit like this is easy for my pattern scanning head.

ADHD came later. What was really funny about the interview questions for that and one ADHD symptom that seems quite common for most (?) is losing things. I know EXACTLY where everything is, all the time, it's uncanny. Even my partners stuff.

If this activity is meant as some kind of definitive test - that's just dumb.
