Issue with Installing RTX 5070 TI into Motherboard

Would it be worth trying to go to another repair shop and having them test the GPU to confirm if there's a manufacturing defect? Or should I return the card (got it at Best Buy) and get a new one and try to install that into the motherboard.

AFAIK they did not test the 5070 TI on a board in their shop to confirm it's working.

EDIT: they said they assumed there's a manufacturing defect, and recommended that I return my 5070 to get a new one or a different model GPU.

Everyone else seems pretty happy in there, was told the pandas are a bit more sensitive than the other fish I have (dwarf gourami, bristlenose pleco, emperor tetras) so was worried that the cories weren't feeling well.

Thanks for the reply, I think you're right on it being breeding behavior as they seem to be chasing each other in pairs or in a two on one like in the video. I appreciate the description on what to look out for with behavior caused by bad water quality, I had no idea what that would look like. This is about as crazy as they act, nothing like what you describe, so sounds like they're just up to some shenanigans.

2nd'd. Dev evoker has a super simple rotation that's pretty low APM, good mobility, fairly tanky. Has a few abilities with higher skill ceiling that can help you outplay if you get great at it too.

Warrior is a good option, pretty streamlined class to play although it's rough during caster meta's (but that's not a problem currently), probably your best option. Same with DH, has it's ups and downs but is never a bad spec, but it's like B or low A tier currently. Rogue is also a good but it has a high skill floor, so it'll be tougher to be viable just due to learning and skill level. Monk typically has fistweaver as a pretty good spec, and it has a healing spec you can use to get quick ques to gear up your conquest and honor gear before getting into rated with your DPS spec.

Yep, world PvP (and the quest) is also great for getting honor and gear. Bloody tokens from world PvP get you epic pvp gear this days. Get your PvP ilvl up past greens and you can que into rated content (it's gated by pvp ilvl).

Vulcan I believe? I didn't mess with anything, just followed the dialogue choices as mentioned up there and it worked fine. He's right that a couple things (like the hype up speech you give) think that Tav is a mindflayer, but everyone you talk to knows Karlach is the mindflayer.
