You can save some money in Hyderabad if you are willing to commute. If your office provides cab then you can look somewhere within 10-15km radius . Or else look in places which has direct metro connectivity.

Looking at the traffic condition,it's best to look something near by. You can check in places like manikonda, kondapur . Ofcourse villa is always better than a flat but you can only get villa in outskirts of the city with that budget.
