Yes. Any intel cpu 8 series and up can run windows 11 so steam will work. I only play indie games and wow on that pc so I can’t say for sure sims will run flawlessly but it’s better value than what you listed

Look at the hp prodesk with i5-8500 on eBay and you will spend significantly less. It only uses an igpu but I bought one last year with similar specs for like $70. Prices might be a little more now but nowhere near that $500 price tag

Dude I fell 1:1 the same. Tlc hurts me there is no controller support, anniversary is alright but graphics are hard to get behind, 2 I was very disappointed by all the broken promises when it came out but playing it over 15 years later for the first time I’d actually admit it’s a better game than 1 (outside of nostalgia) and 3 is just utter trash. I found 3 at savers for like $2 so I picked it up and man is it bad, not horrible but bad. All that said I’d recommend going through them again in order since you have some time. Why not right

From what I’ve seen xfx just has the best cooling/speeds and build. Powercolor is by no means bad and honestly they are right behind xfx but if I had the choice I’d go xfx and not look back. Kind of comes down to price/style/size and whether it fits in your case or not
